Vision Statement
Cascades is a planned community along the Potomac, providing an impressive quality of life, and characterized by attractive homes, splendid natural and manicured grounds, diverse amenities and friendly, considerate neighbors.
Mission Statement
To preserve and cultivate this vision, the Cascades Community Association will:
- Provide effective two-way communication between the Association and residents
- Respect resident opinions and concerns
- Encourage resident participation in community affairs and activities
- Conduct business in an open, reasonable and consistent manner
- Maintain and enhance the attractiveness of the homes, common areas and facilities
- Provide clean, well maintained and useful amenities
- Offer diverse and desired activities
- Encourage and develop potential community leader

Meeting Schedule
We meet on the fourth Thursday of every month at 6:30 p.m. at Lowes Island Community Center. The meetings are open to all homeowners and residents. Please refer to the Calendar of Events for the actual meeting dates.
