Before registering for the new site, please have your coupon book or newsletter handy.  When entering your name and address into the Website, it must match the coupon book or newsletter EXACTLY as spelled.  Any differences will not be accepted.  Please be sure to verify the following options for your account:

Newsletter (Mailed vs Electronic)
When registering, you will be asked about how you would like to receive all general correspondence.  If you would like to be Green, you can select the EMAIL ONLY option, and you will no longer receive a hard copy of the newsletter.  You can make any additional changes under My Profile.  Just select EDIT under Contacts and look under Communication Preferences.

Community Directory
The Community Directory is a new feature that allows homeowners to publish their name and address in a community listing.  The default setting is set to hide your information, but if you check the box next to your information, all information selected will be shown.

Additional Accounts (Access for Tenants)
When registering a tenant or additional family members for your account, you will need to access the My Profile screen.  Once there, click on the add button next to Contacts.  Make sure to give your tenants the member/resident permission level so they do not have access to your financial information.
