At the March Board meeting, the Board will look to fill a vacancy on the Board of Directors. Any interested candidates should submit a short resume and reason for their desire to join the Board by March 17th to. Board members do not need any particular experience. The board is looking for an individual with sound judgment, objectivity, and ability to make decisions for the good of the whole community.
Board members commit to attend 12 regularly scheduled meeting and 2 or 3 special meeting. The week before each scheduled board meeting, board members received the board agenda and reference material and need to review this material and prepare for the meeting. It will take approximately 4-6 hours of each board member’s time each month to meet this commitment. This is not so much time to give but it will accomplish so much!
