Amenity Passes

If you'd like to request passes for our gyms or a key for our tennis courts, complete the following form: Amenity Pass Form. 

Fitness passes are $10 per card and tennis keys are $15; these fees can be paid via Square Up using the "Buy Now" option on the Amenity Pass Form or via credit/debit at the Lowes Island Community Center. Tenants will also need to show proof of lease by attaching the latest version to a completed Amenity Pass Form.

$1 Shipping - Pay $1 to have your gym cards and/or tennis key shipped directly to your household. Simply use the "Buy Now" buttons at the end of the Amenity Pass Form and select the shipping option. This saves time and helps those residents that can't make it to our office hours for pickup. Don't worry, you always have the option for pickup!

Pools

If you want to use any of the five community pools, you will need a pool pass. You can apply for a pool pass here: Pool Pass Instructions

Cascades has contracted with High Sierra Pools to provide swimming lessons to residents. Please visit High Sierra Pools' website for dates, locations, and pricing. All swimming lessons are booked directly through High Sierra Pools.

Tennis / Pickleball & Sport Courts

If you would like to use the tennis courts throughout the community, you will need a tennis court key. The cost of the tennis key is $15, this fee can be paid at the Lowes Island Community Center. If you wish to reserve a court it must be done at least a week in advance. To reserve a court email contact the management office.

Cascades also has a contracted tennis instructor, TennisDNA, who provides lessons and classes for both children and adults. TennisDNA offers services for all experience levels. To contact TennisDNA send a message to admin@tennis-dna.com or visit www.tennis-dna.com for more information.

Additionally, the community also has a bocce court located at the Lowes Island Community Center and multiple soccer fields.

Tot Lots & Trails

Cascades Community also has 25 tot lot play areas, which can be viewed on this map (PDF) (Tot Lots are marked by the yellow playground symbol.) 

The community has an extensive trail network that is easily accessible as it extends through canopies of Virginia trees. To view the various trails throughout Cascades view this map (PDF) (Trails are marked by the red dashed line.)

Facility Rentals

We have two rentable facilities (The Stone House and The Quarterpath) available for Cascades residents.
